Youth Center

I think a youth center would be a really good idea. not an absurd one like Adam said. I think it would keep some people out of trouble. That is why this town is full of pot-heads and alchoholic kids. THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO!!! This town is so boring for us kids, so we go out and start trouble.
