    They say you eat first with your eyes. Just the look of green chili nauseates me.

    LOL!!!

    What is it with "green" stuff that is such a turn off for people?

    To me, green is the color of freshness, pepper flavor, etc...

    I don't know. I don't have an aversion to ALL green foods, just green chili, green peppers and green (lime) jello. Oh...and asparagus, but I'd dislike it no matter what color it was.

    Interesting.

    I guess when on a plate or in a bowl it has a strange color clash.

    I guess almost everyone has a food they avoid.

    I guess I'd describe green chili as the Hunky soul foodof the southwest, It's looked at w/ the same reverence that say cabbage rolls are in your neck of the woods. Everybody has a slightly different recipe an everybody has their own preference! Loaded with vitamin C too.

    This week, I have tomatoes and peaches coming out my ears. God is Good!

    Yes, and I forgot all about it. I made a big pot of homemade vegetable beef soup for dinner tonight. YUM
